Instruction for processing price match
1. find a product that you would like to price match.
2. select the price match link
3. Fill out the price match form.
4. A sales associate will evaluate your request and reply with a response as soon as possible. (Please allow for longer periods of time during non-business hours.)
5. You will receive a response e-mail with a link to the page containing the product you wanted us to price match. This will automatically add the item to your shopping cart. At that time you will be able to continue shopping and check out through the normal check out system. Attention: Price match will only be valid for 48 Hours from the time of our reply. Price match is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Terms and Conditions
You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions:
1. We will only honor prices listed by authorize retail outlets. Please see manufacturers web site or contact the manufacturer.
2. The retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product must be priced accurately.
3. Price match will override any existing promotion on the product (ie. free shipping, free headset etc.)
4. The price match item must be brand new. We will not price match OE, refurbished or used items.
6. Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order.
7. Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to competitors membership pricing.
8. Our Low Price Guarantee may be limited to one unit per customer account.
9. We reserve the right to deny, for any reason, any price match request. Our Low price guarantee is subject to change at anytime.
10.This price match cannot be combined with any active promotions. Free Shipping offers are not valid with this Price Match.
11. Due to manufacturer pricing requirements some items may not be eligible for price match.
12. We may not be able to match competitors "close out" or "end of season prices". Every company purchases different close out items from manufactures making some close out items impossible to match.
